Balance: An even distribution of weight enabling someone or something to remain upright and steady
Core: The central or most important part of something.
Coach Victoria takes you on a roller coaster of ABC’s in this 60-minute class. This class will focus on training you to become a well-rounded martial artist by improving your overall fitness.
We’ll work with the body to improve your reaction time and quickness on your feet and even on the ground. Important if you’re looking to dodge a blow or scramble with an opponent. Your balance will improve to keep you steady and safe. Last but not least, we will forge a solid core as weak core muscles can lead to more fatigue, less endurance, and injuries.
All levels welcome. Modifications provided based on skill level, injury, and ability. If you want to work, we’ll work with you!
The class is often body weight. Occasionally students may choose to add weight to supplement their training.
