Kai is a retired Army Captain, Certified Box n Burn Coach, and our resident cat aficionado. His coaching philosophy is to teach correct technique, help build stamina and encourage, encourage, encourage.
Kai believes that learning martial arts is a transformative journey that can help people discover their inner strengths. It’s a way to empower your body and mind and it can be a lot of fun.
Interests outside of the gym include fashion, distance running, and cats (did we mention cats?). Kai brings a high level of energy to his classes, and is ready to share his knowledge with the students of the DCFL!
