Tim started training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu 14 years ago driven by wanting to stay in shape and missing the thrill of competitive sports. Jiu-Jitsu quickly turned into a love striking and striking into MMA. Tim thrives on technique and emphasizes on why each step is important. He also knows there is no better time to correct technique than when your cardio is being pushed which is incorporated into each class.
“I want all of my classes to be hard work, tiresome, and informative all while putting a smile on his students faces.”
Tim received his Jiu-Jitsu Brown Belt in January 2020. Outside of the gym Tim enjoys being a father to his growing family, working as a construction project manager to build the Austin Skyline, and sneaking in a terrible round of golf from time to time.
