Victoria has a long-standing passion for fitness. As an athlete since childhood, she has found her true passion in the martial arts community.
Victoria believes that the best athlete is a well-rounded one. With a focus on personal training and group fitness classes, she brings her expertise into every situation. Victoria believes in training, efficiently, effectively and most importantly, safely. You will often hear her say, “quality over quantity”. Her unique focus on the intricate details of movements and exercises pay out in dividends for her students and clients.
Victoria specializes in training for martial arts practitioners, professional or hobbyists. Her NASAM certifications in Prehab (Injury Prevention), Reactive Training, Speed and Agility, and Cardio for fitness, allow her to develop a program for any level of an athlete!
Victoria practices MMA, Jiu Jitsu and Kickboxing. She is an AFAA and NASAM certified Personal Trainer. She can often be found working hard at DCFL and cheering on her teammates.
